Mr. Davis is Vice President Property & Construction Management for Albert Sweet Development, the Real Estate Division of Occidental Entertainment Group Holdings. Mr. Davis oversees all property management‐related aspects of the company, including the day-to-day supervision of maintenance, repairs, construction, parking, space planning, design, budgeting, and tenant support.

Before joining the company in April 2006, Mr. Davis was a Senior Leasing Consultant for Archstone-Smith (NYSE) where he was recognized as the Top Leasing Consultant in Southern California for 2005. Prior to Archstone-Smith, Mr. Davis was the Resident Director for American Campus Communities (NYSE) where he oversaw 1,100 student residents who lived at a 288-unit high-end student housing community adjacent to Arizona State University.

Mr. Davis Majored in Business Administration at ASU and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in California. He currently resides in Burbank, CA with his wife and daughter.
